All campers must check-in to the dorms the first day of camp (Sunday). Check-out is after your run on Thursday, by 5:00pm at the latest. No dinner is available on Thursday.

Resident: $400 - includes four nights lodging, 12 meals, instruction, recreation and t-shirt.
Commuter: $300 - includes instruction, recreation, t-shirt and seven meals.
Campers may receive a team discount if five or more members from the same team attend the camp. Team discount rates are $25 per camper ($375 for residents and $275 for commuters ) and must be submitted together by May 26, 2008.

Commuters must provide their own transportation to and from camp each day and are expected to be on time. Meals are included in the camp cost. Parking is very limited on and around campus, and it is suggested that campers be dropped off if possible. Campers are not allowed to use their vehicles during the camp day, and must turn in their keys to camp counselors until the end of the camp day.

The Minnesota Cross Country Camp is open to male AND female athletes who are entering 9th grade through 18 year olds (including high school graduates).

Participants are required to pay in full when submitting their application. The camp cost, less a $100 non-refundable administrative fee, is refundable if campers cancel by June 12th. All cancellations must be in writing to be honored. Cancellations due to medical hardship after June 12th will be accepted with $100 fee, but absolutely must be accompanied by a physician's statement, and received two weeks prior to the first day of camp to be honored. Participants who must leave during the week due to illness or injury will receive a pro-rated refund (written request is necessary). REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED FOR ANY REASON AFTER AUGUST 1, 2008.

Roommates will be assigned prior to arrival. If you would like a specific roommate please indicate so with your application. We will do our best to accommodate roommate requests, but occasionally circumstances beyond our control make this impossible. Be ready to meet new friends! Changes will not be made to rooms upon camper arrival.

Participants are supervised by the coaching staff during the instructional sessions and by summer camp housing staff when at the residence halls. Attendance is taken at all sessions, bed checks are taken at 10:30pm and lights are out at 11:00pm.

Each participant is responsible for their own transportation to and from camp.
|

Participants are required to provide proof of insurance prior to the start of camp. CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT PROOF OF INSURANCE. Trainers will be available to treat minor injuries and illness, and dispense medications as needed during the camp week.
