Training sessions will occur on and around the University of Minnesota campus. Each day will feature a new route, different scenery, and most importantly, emphasize a different aspect of training. Sessions will include instruction in areas such as hill running, fartlek, intervals, racing tactics, etc. Tentatively, each group will take one day trip away from campus for a "long run." In addition, there will also be sessions covering various drills, circuit training, weight training, abdominal training, and flexibility.
